Mindfulness Journaling
This is a new adventure for me; blogging. In order for me to stay in the moment each day, I am going to begin a focus on "Now". I am a daughter, a mother and a grandmother, as well as other more distant relations. I have a soft spot in my heart for all animals. I grew up in a small town called Dayton, Maine and after I married in 1990, moved to another small town called Arundel, Maine. I have been in the workforce working in a retail setting. I am currently disabled due to an autoimmune disease. I have been fighting Crohn's disease since 1982. As my first post, I don't expect it to be interesting to anyone who reads it. Hopefully I will be able to sort through the compartments in my mind and be able to blog on subjects as they arise. ~Jen
